All products purchased from EBENEZER Stone are final sale. No items sold through this website are returnable or exchangeable, and we do not offer refunds for changes of mind, personal preferences, gift-related reasons, incorrect selections made by the customer, or natural variations in the stones.

Every EBENEZER Stone is a naturally formed riverbed stone. Therefore, the stone you receive may vary slightly from the sample photographs in size, shape, color, texture, thickness, and natural markings. No two riverbed stones are exactly alike. These natural characteristics are not defects and do not qualify the stone for a return, exchange, replacement, or refund.

Please review the complete product description, approximate measurements, photographs, and Natural Stone Variation Notice carefully before completing your purchase.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from the item you ordered, please contact us through the website's Contact page within three calendar days of confirmed delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs of the item, packaging, and shipping materials.

Do not return or mail an item without prior written authorization. After reviewing the claim, EBENEZER Stone may provide a replacement or refund for the affected item when the damage, defect, or fulfillment error is verified. Customers must retain the original product and packaging until the claim has been resolved.

This policy does not limit any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
